Our Emotional Eating Recovery Tokens have been designed to support anyone on this difficult journey.
The token holder is made from hand finished Baltic Birch plywood. It measures 197mm x 168mm and is 6mm thick. The holder can be personalised worth a name and the tokens can have a message of your choice added. Each token is removable to they can be carried with you.
As this is a wooden item there may be knots and mixes of grain which add to the charm and character of the item.
